Plans call for Life Time to break ground on luxury athletic country club and integrated, high-end apartment residences later this year; completion targeted for early 2027
RALEIGH, NC (March 4, 2024) — Dewitt Carolinas, Inc. is thrilled to announce they have entered into an agreement with Life Time (NYSE: LTH) to bring the Company’s premier Life Time athletic country club and Life Time Livingresidences to The Exchange Raleigh. Plans include an 80,000-square foot, three-level luxury Life Time, including a 35,000-square foot rooftop beach club, along with a vertically integrated Life Time Living tower featuring luxury multi-family residences for lease.

The athletic country club and residences will define Phase Two of The Exchange Raleigh and provide the community with an unparalleled portfolio of programs and services dedicated to healthy living, healthy aging and healthy entertainment. The Exchange’s flagship office tower, 1000 Social, is slated to open in 2Q 2024 and is built for WELL Certification, a building standard that elevates health and well-being with design that encourages movement, fosters connection, and embraces natural lighting systems, clean air, and healthy building materials. The addition of Life Time to Phase Two will further complement and enhance The Exchange’s commitment to these standards.

Life Time Living at The Exchange marks the Company’s seventh planned Life Time Living location, which first debuted in Coral Gables, Fla., in August 2021.
