Toastique to open its first Raleigh location at 1000 Social!

RALEIGH, NC – Dewitt Carolinas, Inc. is thrilled to announce the newest tenant at The Exchange Raleigh, its transformative 40-acre mixed-use development. Toastique, a gourmet toast, juice, and coffee bar franchise, will debut its first Raleigh location in a 1,415-square-foot retail space on the ground floor of 1000 Social, the flagship 12-story office tower at The Exchange. The franchise will be brought to life by local owners Jessalyn Abril and Kristi Kaltenbach and is slated to open in Q3 2025.

Toastique will offer a fresh, modern dining experience with a unique menu featuring gourmet toast, smoothies, cold-pressed juices, smoothie bowls, coffee, espresso, and more. All juices will be pressed fresh onsite daily, ensuring the highest quality and flavor. Signature menu items include:

• Avocado Smash Toast: Multigrain toast topped with avocado, watermelon radish, marinated tomatoes, chili oil, and microgreens.
• Smoked Salmon Toast: Sourdough toast with smoked pastrami salmon, herbed cream cheese spread, arugula, cucumber, pickled onion, capers, and a lemon twist.
• PB + B Bowl: A smoothie bowl featuring acai, bananas, blueberries, almond milk, and peanut butter, topped with banana, blueberry, peanuts, granola, chopped dates, and honey-roasted peanut butter drizzle.
• Cold-Pressed Juices: Including the “Detoxify” (coconut water, lemon, activated charcoal, and agave) and “Defender” (orange, carrot, apple, turmeric, and lemon).
• Green Machine Smoothie: Banana, pineapple, mango, spinach, kale, hemp seeds, flax seeds, line, and coconut water.
