We were thrilled to open the doors of the newly completed 1000 Social building last week to host over 200 brokers and real estate professionals on the NAIOP 2024 Tour. The NAIOP tour is a longstanding tradition and highly anticipated event in the Triangle real estate community, and we were proud to be included as one of the region’s most exciting development projects. It was a gorgeous day and 1000 Social was the belle of the ball. Thanks to Walters and Walters for capturing some terrific images:
