Business NC Award Makes a Trifecta for 1000 Social

Happy Halloween! It’s all treats, no tricks around here as Business NC announced the winners of the 2025 Building North Carolina Awards—1000 Social has taken the Commercial Development prize! That makes three major awards for this beautiful building, which also won Triangle Business Journal’s 2025 SPACE award for office development and the City of Raleigh’s Sir Walter Raleigh award for Community Appearance.
