Equity firm-backed cosmetic dermatology practice will begin build-out this April at The Exchange Raleigh, with a target opening date in October.
RALEIGH, NC – Dewitt Carolinas, Inc. is excited to announce its latest wellness-focused tenant, Skin Pharm, at The Exchange Raleigh, the firm’s 40-acre mixed-use development in Midtown. The modern beauty brand and results-driven aesthetic skin care clinic will be located in a stunning 3,700-square-foot space on the third floor at 1000 Social, the flagship 12-story office tower at The Exchange.
Skin Pharm is built on the belief that when “we take care, we feel confident.” The practice’s skin care treatments, clinic atmosphere, and medical-grade products are designed to empower clients at every stage of their skin care journey. Skin Pharm’s advanced practice providers promote skin health and inspire confidence with custom treatment plans, product recommendations and natural, never-overdone results. With combined plastic surgery and dermatology experience, nurse practitioner Maegan Griffin founded Skin Pharm in 2017, aiming to create a clinic environment and product line she sought as a patient herself. Griffin has steadily built a team of advanced practice providers — all nurse practitioners and physician assistants — to carry out her vision of innovative work in aesthetic skin care and facial rejuvenation techniques, offering patients a balanced approach to beauty and anti-aging.
