1000 Social at The Exchange Raleigh Tops Out

We were thrilled to celebrate topping out at 1000 Social last week with our friends, partners, and local media. Brasfield & Gorrie kicked off the festivities by hosting a delicious luncheon for the construction crews on site. The crews have kept the job site humming all spring and summer, but while the crews were busy enjoying barbecue and all the fixings, we took advantage of the unusual quiet and led some media tours for local journalists. We loved showing off the grand lobby, the restaurant spaces, and the gorgeous views from the top floors! Later that evening, we celebrated with the local brokerage community as well as some of our future tenants.

1000 Social is filling up quickly, and is on track to open its doors in 2Q 2024. Key retail spaces on the ground floor are leasing now.
